Lancôme, in partnership with the NAACP, launched the “Write Her Future” Scholarship Fund to address educational disparities among young women of color. With a mission to empower these women, the campaign aimed to raise awareness about the importance of education and provide tangible support through mentorship, workshops, and scholarships.

Assignment and Scope
Glow Global Events was tasked with managing Lancôme’s goal to create a compelling narrative that would resonate deeply with their audience and highlight the critical need for educational equity. This required not only capturing the essence of the campaign but also leveraging influential voices to amplify the message.
Glow Global Events was brought on board to produce digital content for the “Write Her Future” campaign. We scripted and filmed a powerful piece featuring Academy Award-winning actress Lupita Nyong’o, whose advocacy and personal narrative aligned perfectly with the campaign’s mission. The production took place in Atlanta, GA, and Bethesda, MD, where we managed the entire process from scripting to post-production, ensuring that every element—from the message to the visuals—was on point.
- Scripting: Crafted a message that was both inspirational and informative, emphasizing the importance of educational equity for young women of color.
- Filming: Executed a high-quality shoot featuring Lupita Nyong’o, capturing her impactful delivery of the campaign’s message.
- Post-Production: Enhanced the content with professional post-production services, including the addition of on-screen graphics (bugs), lower-thirds, and captioning to ensure accessibility and visual appeal.
