Clinique sought to create a memorable, immersive brand experience at CultureCon 2022, one of the premier cultural conferences attracting a diverse and influential audience. The goal was to elevate Clinique’s brand presence, engage with VIP attendees meaningfully, and showcase their latest products in a way that resonated with the event’s creative and trendsetting demographic.

Assignment and Scope

Glow Global Events was tasked with managing the entire Clinique experience at CultureCon, from conceptualization to execution. Our team oversaw every detail, including:

 – Booth Buildout and Fabrication: Designing and constructing a visually stunning and interactive booth that aligned with Clinique’s brand aesthetics and appealed to the CultureCon audience. The booth featured cutting-edge design elements, sleek finishes, and engaging touchpoints to draw VIP attendees in and encourage interaction.

 – Staging: Coordinating the flow and presentation of Clinique’s products and experiences, ensuring that everything from the layout to the lighting created an inviting atmosphere that was both Instagrammable and functional.

 – VIP Beauty Suite: Curating an exclusive experience for 100 VIP guests within the Clinique Beauty Suite. This space offered personalized consultations, product sampling, and a relaxing environment for influencers, celebrities, and top-tier attendees.

 – Product Giveaways: Organized efficient distribution, making the giveaways a highlight.
