Is wedding planning included in your services?
Wedding planning isn’t included in the scope of our services, but we’ll gladly connect you with our established network of talented, industry-leading wedding planners.
Will you be able to handle marketing and PR for my event?
Yes, we’ll create and distribute all marketing and PR materials in advance of your scheduled event.
Can I combine multiple elements (i.e. fashion show and silent auction) into a single event?
Absolutely! Our objective is to deliver the perfect event, inclusive of all desired elements. We aim to bring every concept, regardless of scope, to fruition. From the initial concept to the post-event reporting, we take care of everything.
Do you only plan events in NYC or do you handle other cities?
We are a global agency. We think on a grand scale, but we act locally. We have established vendor partners in most cities. In the case that we don’t, we conduct our due diligence to secure the best possible vendors to fit your budget and event specifications.
My funding is limited. Do you have set pricing, or can you work with my budget ?
We operate on a per-project basis. Thus, all associated fees are based on your specific event needs. Once we’ve learned about your event goals and we’ve taken your estimated budget into consideration, we create a tailored proposal.
I need a service that's not listed. What do I do?
We have two options—you can complete our event form, in which you detail your vision and outline your event scope, or you can contact us for a free event consultation.
How will I receive updates on the progress of my event?
Once we’ve brought you on as a client, we’ll keep you updated with weekly progress calls. We also use an online project management tool that enables you to check the event’s progress as often as you’d like.
Do I need a complete idea before I reach out to you, or will you help me flesh out my concepts?
No date? No venue? No problem! We’ll create your full concept, advise on the best available dates according to our industry event calendar, and we’ll negotiate a contract with the selected venue.
I only want to work with the best. Do you vet your vendors and event staff?
We have an incredible network of vendor partners, which spans several cities and price points. When bringing on new vendors, we submit an RFP, or request for proposal. We collect all RFPs and make recommendations based on our internal scoring system. This ensures we only work with the best in every industry.
